Support attendant (Housekeeping/Maintenance)

### **Objective** As a Support Attendant (Housekeeping / Maintenance) at the Ambassade Hotel, you support the daily operations within both the housekeeping and maintenance departments. You contribute to a clean, safe, and well\-functioning environment, always with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and guest experience. In this role, you combine cleaning tasks with light technical duties. You are able to identify and report technical issues and, where possible, resolve minor ones independently. In doing so, you help ensure the consistent quality of guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities. ### **Daily tasks** * Perform cleaning tasks in guest rooms and public areas * Maintain cleanliness, order, and proper replenishment of supplies and storage areas * Identify and report technical issues via GoTickin * Independently resolve minor maintenance issues where possible * Assist with lifting tasks, deep cleaning, and logistical activities * Inspect areas to ensure quality, safety, and presentation standards * Maintain a strong eye for detail and guest experience in all tasks ### **Projects** * Support deep cleaning projects and quality improvement initiatives * Assist in the organization and optimization of storage and workspaces * Support the implementation of systems and new ways of working (e.g. task allocation, reporting processes) * Contribute to process improvements within housekeeping and cross\-department collaboration ### **Teamwork \& Collaboration** You work closely with housekeeping, front office, and the maintenance team to ensure a smooth and efficient daily operation. ### **Qualifications \& skills** *Experience* * Experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or facility services (preferably within a hotel environment) * Affinity with working according to high quality and hygiene standards * Basic technical knowledge and/or experience with minor repairs * Good command of Dutch and/or English in an operational setting *Skills* * Kno
