**Title:** Licensed Clinical Social Worker **Location:** Raleigh, NC **Schedule:** Full\-time, primarily onsite Monday–Friday, with occasional statewide travel and weekend support **Salary:** $95,000–$115,000 per year KMRG, LLC (KMRG) is a federal services company that hires talented professionals to support Government agencies and the communities they serve. We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team and support the North Carolina Army National Guard (NCARNG) Psychological Readiness Program in Raleigh. In this role, you will provide clinical case management, care coordination, crisis\-response support, and psychological\-readiness services for Soldiers experiencing behavioral\-health concerns that may affect their well\-being, military readiness, retention, or deployability. You will work closely with Soldiers, commanders, medical professionals, military treatment facilities, civilian providers, and community organizations to coordinate appropriate care and promote continuity throughout the treatment and recovery process. This position is a strong fit for a licensed behavioral\-health professional who is compassionate, organized, clinically experienced, and comfortable managing sensitive or high\-risk cases in a structured military environment.
