Our success is built on quality craftsmanship, excellent service, and a strong, respectful team culture. **Job Summary** We’re looking for a **Maintenance Division Manager** to lead our maintenance operations, oversee multiple crews, and ensure top\-quality service across all projects. The ideal candidate is a hands\-on leader with strong communication and organizational skills, experienced in landscape maintenance, and dedicated to delivering exceptional results. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee day\-to\-day operations of the maintenance division, including scheduling and crew assignments * Supervise, train, and mentor maintenance crew leaders and staff * Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction * Manage budgets, monitor job costs, and ensure profitability * Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency across all projects * Coordinate with other divisions to ensure smooth project execution * Monitor equipment, materials, and performance standards **Qualifications** * 2\+ years of experience in landscape maintenance or management * Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills * Knowledge of horticulture and maintenance practices * Reliable, safety\-conscious, and team\-oriented * Valid Driver’s License required * Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions **What We Offer** * Competitive salary \+ performance bonuses * Company vehicle or allowance * Paid time off and holidays * 401(k) with 3% company match * Professional development opportunities * Company uniforms provided **Schedule:** * Full time 40 hours a week. * Monday to Friday. * 7:45am\-4:45pm.
