Performing other maintenance duties, as needed. Performs inspections and repairs to assigned property interior and exterior areas, including walls and flooring, installed fixtures, roofing systems, lighting, etc.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><strong>Pay: $24&nbsp; per hour</strong></div> <div>The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position.
