This includes the performance of mechanical and electrical testing, repairs and routine preventive maintenance of equipment and facility systems such as plumbing, lighting, HVAC, etc. and maintains logs and inventory of repair parts needed. Performs carpentry, painting, plastering along with light housekeeping, landscaping and other tasks required for routine upkeep. Also responsible for ensuring sufficient levels, and operational availability and efficiency of supplies and equipment to ensure a smooth and effective system of support to patient care. Oversees safety and security systems to ensure proper functionality. Responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of lab specimens, medications, immunizations, and interoffice correspondence for Brookside, Southern Jamaica Plain Health Center and South Huntington facilities. **Qualifications** Properly maintains grounds and building exterior to meet appropriate standards in appearance and maintenance, providing clean, safe access and walkways for staff and patients. Removes all hazards due to snow, ice or disrepair through snow shoveling and/or ice removal and maintains oversight of necessary repairs to driveway, building exterior, etc. Responsible for proper collection and disposal of contami
