We deliver highly reliable payment services to our customers, with over 400,000 locations across 165 countries. We proudly embrace a multicultural identity and embody the idea of being family, no matter where we are. **ROLES \& RESPONSIBILITIES** * Interact with customers face\-to\-face to process all of Ria's products, including money transfers, money orders, and buying/selling foreign currency. * Accurately verify or enter customer information into our systems. * Assist customers courteously with inquiries such as questions about our services, service cancellations, or other Ria locations. * Recognize and resolve problems, issues, or complaints during queries, or escalate them to the management team as needed. * Stay up to date with Ria's products, services, and policies. * Balance your cash register and prepare cash for bank deposit. * Prepare daily transaction records. * Perform other duties as assigned by colleagues and superiors. **POSITION REQUIREMENTS** * Ability to speak English \& Spanish. * Flexibility to work various schedules, including weekends. * Basic computer skills, with the ability to use MS Word and Excel. * Cash handling experience is highly preferred. * Strong c
