Senior Construction Manager - West Region

Eaton’s Electrical Engineering Services \& Systems Division (EESS) is currently seeking a Senior Construction Manager \- Electrical. Candidates must reside within Washington, Oregon, California, Utah, Arizona, or Colorado and be able to travel up to 75% throughout the region to support construction and project execution activities. The Senior Construction Manager \- Electrical is responsible for leading the field execution of complex turnkey electrical infrastructure projects, including power distribution, microgrid, renewable energy, and other mission\-critical electrical systems across the region. This role serves as the primary construction leader responsible for safety, quality, schedule, budget, and successful project delivery while partnering closely with engineering, project management, customers, and subcontractors. The expected annual salary range for this role is $97,000 \- $156,000 a year. This position is also eligible for premium (overtime) pay, travel per diem, and a company vehicle.
