C. **Duties \& Responsibilities** * **Front\-of\-House \& Customer Support:** * Assist the service advising team by answering incoming calls, checking in client vehicles, and scheduling service appointments. * Manage basic customer inquiries and deliver professional, courteous customer service at all times. * **Parts \& Inventory Logistics:** * Transport vehicles between shop facilities, pick up parts from vendors, and handle customer shuttle runs safely. * Unload, check in, and stock daily parts shipments; manage core returns and organize inventory shelf space. * Deliver components to technicians and monitor inventory levels of bulk fluids, shop chemicals, and shop supplies. * **Shop \& Back\-of\-House Operations:** * Maintain a safe, efficient workshop by cleaning service bays, servicing equipment, emptying trash, and organizing shop tooling. * Assist technicians with heavy component lifting, parts washing, and multi\-person repair tasks. * Perform exterior vehicle washes and basic interior detailing on customer vehicles prior to delivery. * **Facility Maintenan
