**Requirements**
* Higher education teaching experience or background in early childhood education or related fields

* Prior university experience or involvement in higher education institutions is highly desirable
* Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices in teaching young children
* Excellent communication skills for working effectively with staff, families, and community partners
* Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
