Daycare Teacher

**Job Summary** We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Daycare Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. This role requires a strong understanding of childhood development, classroom management, and caregiving techniques to support each child's growth and learning. The Daycare Teacher will work closely with children, parents, and fellow staff to promote positive development and ensure a high standard of care. **Duties** * Plan and implement age\-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development * Supervise children during playtime, meals, naps, and educational activities * Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment in compliance with health and safety regulations * Foster positive behavior management strategies to encourage good conduct and social skills * Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress, behavior, and needs * Assist with diapering, feeding, and basic hygiene routines for infants and toddlers * Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing individualized care * Ensure all children are engaged in meaningful learning experiences that support early childhood development * Keep detailed records of children's activities, progress, and any incidents or concerns **Requirements** * Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or similar settings * Knowledge of childhood development principles and age\-specific caregiving techniques * Certification in First Aid and CPR required; additional training in special education or behavior management is a plus * Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs preferred * Strong classroom management skills with the ability to foster a positive learning environment * Excellent communi
