This position is full\-time, Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm. **Job Responsibilities:** The Onsite Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring that all mechanical systems and equipment are operational and properly maintained and all common areas are maintained in a clean aesthetically appealing and disinfected condition. Conduct basic light duty (Handyman) project work for both common areas and in residences as requested. The job duties listed are typical examples of the work performed by positions in this job classification. Not all duties assigned to every position are included, nor is it expected that all positions will be assigned every duty. * Maintains a safe and secure environment throughout the building(s). * Assesses repair needs and estimated time needed for repairs (including evaluating problems to determine whether or not professional assistance or further instruction is needed in order to complete task/repair). * Inspects building systems including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure operation of equipment is within design capabilities and achieves environmental conditions prescribed by client. * Routinely walks floors including roof checking for problems and lights out and reports back to supervisors.
