Uses precision measuring and testing instruments. * Remove defective parts by dismantling equipment; using hand and power tools; replace defective parts and test for proper operation. * Maintain equipment, parts, and supplies on truck by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed equipment, parts, and supplies. * Provide system information to customers by answering maintenance questions and educating customer on product. * Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing technical publications; establishing personal networks. * Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. * Contribute to team effort by accomplishing daily, weekly \& monthly goals. * Assure service vehicle is clean, safe and in proper operation condition always. * Communicate with office staff frequently to ensure job accuracy and data entry * Able to use handheld devices for data entry, schedule maintenance, etc. * Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
