Customer Service Representative

Overview: **Waterway Carwash is looking to hire a part\-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to work at our Corporate Office in Chesterfield, MO!** The CSR is part of our Marketing and Customer Service Team and provides outstanding customer service via e\-mail and telephone to customers and members of our loyalty programs. The CSR plays a vital role in supporting customer satisfaction and retention by building strong relationships, delivering a high\-quality experience, and maintaining and growing long\-term membership engagement. Strong candidates will demonstrate attention to detail, self\-motivation, strong organizational skills, excellent time management, and a desire to grow both personally and professionally. This position is a part\-time, 4 days per week, Monday through Thursday mornings. Availability for additional hours as needed is preferred.
