The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and providing administrative support to the medical staff. The successful candidate will be provided training to administer TMS treatment sessions and esketamine treatments under the supervision of a psychiatrist. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be detail\-oriented, and have strong work ethics. Responsibilities: * Greet and check in patients. * Schedule appointments and confirm patient information. * Answer phone calls and emails from patients and other medical professionals. * Maintain patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations. * Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and billing. * Understand basic psychiatric terminology and treatments. * Provide support to psychiatrists and other medical staff. * Review medical records, and obtain prior authorization from insurance. * Administer TMS treatment sessions under psychiatrist supervision (training provided). * Administer Esketamine treatments under psychiatrist supervision (training provided).
