Our Outreach & Enrollment (O&E) teams are the front line of that effort - finding, engaging, and enrolling new participants across our markets.  The Outreach & Enrollment Trainer is critical in making these teams effective, efficient, and compliant. You’ll own the training for new O&E hires and how the broader team continuously improves over time — from training plans and competency checklists, onsite trainings, call and field coaching, new market cohorts, and self-service modules. This is a sales-oriented training role: the goal is to develop confident, compliant reps who can engage prospects to generate and convert referrals. You’ll work hand-in-hand with O&E Supervisors and
