We value reliability, hard work, and treating our employees with respect. **Job Description** The Rear\-load Driver is responsible for supporting key operations within the waste management and recycling industry. This role contributes to the organization’s success through strong execution, collaboration with cross\-functional teams, and a commitment to safety, service quality, and operational excellence. **Key Responsibilities** **Safety \& Vehicle Operation** * Demonstrate strong vehicle control, including backing, turning, and maneuvering in tight or congested environments * Comply with all applicable DOT, OSHA, and company safety policies and procedures * Perform and document pre\-trip and post\-trip inspections * Utilize safe backing procedures, including coordination with helpers * Report unsafe conditions, incidents, or equipment issues immediately **Route Execution \& Productivity** * Complete routes safely, on time, and in accordance with service and productivity expectations * Maintain route pace in high\-volume environments * Follow route sheets and dispatcher instructions **Manual Collection \& Team Coordination** * Ensure helpers follow safe work practices and company procedures while on route * Work closely with helpers to collect and load waste into the truck * Assist with loading waste when needed * Ensure safe coordination with
