Your Opportunity
An opportunity exists for a highly motivated, well organized, and entrepreneurial Senior Environmental Consultant to grow their career accelerating the growth of the Natural Resources Assessment and Permitting practice in Louisiana and adjacent areas of the US Southeast geography. The successful candidate will grow new project opportunities, provide strategic leadership to clients, build team capabilities, and collaborate with staff on a variety of project delivery areas. In addition to regularly interacting with clients and participating in business development activities, responsibilities will also include developing proposals, managing client accounts, recruiting and mentoring staff, driving quality and health and safety programs, and providing technical expertise to deliver to our clients.
The team works across various industries, including power \& energy, oil and gas, transportation, water resources, community development, commercial and residential permitting, mitigation/conservation banking, and others.
Your Key Responsibilities
Growth and Leadership
* Lead and support sales for procurements on strategic opportunities, including client identification, client relationship development, opportunities identification and advancement, and proposals development.
* Lead geographic and service expansion growth for Natural Resources Assessment and Permitting, including but not limited to Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas, Texas, and Alabama.
