**Job Overview** Experienced Residential Cleaner (As\-Needed) Job Overview Jobans Cleaning Professionals is seeking experienced residential cleaners to join our growing team. This is an as\-needed, part\-time position based on scheduled cleaning jobs. We are looking for dependable professionals who take pride in delivering high\-quality cleaning services and can work independently with minimal supervision. Responsibilities * Perform detailed residential cleaning services * Complete move\-in/move\-out cleanings and Airbnb turnovers * Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other common spaces * Vacuum, mop, dust, sanitize, and maintain high cleaning standards * Follow company cleaning checklists and procedures * Provide excellent customer service while respecting clients’ homes Requirements * Minimum of 2 years of professional residential cleaning experience * Reliable transportation * Ability to work independently and efficiently * Strong attention to detail * Dependable, punctual, and professional * Must have a smartphone for scheduling and communication * Must be authorized to work in the United States Compensation * Pay is per completed job, not hourly. * Most jobs pay $70–$90 per cleaning, depending on the size and scope of the job.
