We're looking for a **Customer Service Support Representative** to join our Customer Service team and play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience. **What You'll Do** No two days are exactly alike! In this role, you'll: * Communicate with customers and manufacturer representatives regarding order status and shipping updates. * Review back\-orders and provide estimated ship dates. * Recommend alternative products when appropriate. * Process consignment warehouse orders and invoices. * Manage consignment inventory. * Coordinate with our Planning team to help keep customer orders moving. * Prepare international shipping documentation. * Support the Customer Service team wherever needed.
