Heavy Construction Laborer

We’re looking for a dependable, responsible and motivated Heavy Construction Laborer to join our fast\-paced, high\-performing team working on large Commercial Excavation and Site Utility projects. Pay is competitive based on experience, along with health insurance and a profit\-sharing program. The candidate must be a self\-starter who takes pride in hard work, shows up ready to contribute, and maintains a strong work ethic. Physical fitness, reliability, and a proactive attitude are essential for success in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** * Operate a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively * Take initiative and stay productive throughout the workday * Assist with trenching and pipe installation * Follow directions from supervisors and work collaboratively with the team * Perform physically demanding tasks in a safe and efficient manner * Work outdoors in various weather conditions **Requirements:** * Dependable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility * Ability to perform strenuous physical labor * Reliable transportation to and from job sites * Prior construction or general labor experience preferred Job Type: Full\-time Pay: From $24\.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * Health insurance Work Location: In person
