**Server** **Here at Ravello's a restaurant server has many responsibilities including welcoming guests, taking beverage and food orders, conducting guest satisfaction checks, placing orders using the TOAST POS, serving as liaison between the kitchen and customers if there are any problems, and collecting payments for meals. Servers should be knowledgeable about menu items and be able to answer questions about ingredients and dietary restrictions, and or Allergies. Menu knowledge is key to commence a great dining platform.** **The server will have side duties and running side duties to include but not limited to; stocking server station and beverage stations, polishing flatware and glassware, pre\-bussing tables and assisting with bussing of tables, running food to tables, cleaning dining area, random bathroom checks and cleanliness, taking out trash, all opening and closing duties and any other duties required to be performed to ensure the operation of the restaurant runs smoothly, hospitality will be the most crucial part of the service experience.** **Servers will check their sections prior to beginning service. They will ensure the area is dusted, floor is clean, tables and chairs are clean and sanitized, all flatware and glassware are polished and ready for service every shift. Table numbers and Seat Numbers will ALWAYS be utilized during all shifts.** **All shirts and pants will be clean, ironed and well kept. All buttons will be in place and there will be no loose material. White shirt will be tucked into pants. Grey Vest always prepped and clean, Black belts will be in all pant belt loops. Grey or black socks will be worn. Clean black non\-slip enclosed shoes will be worn.** **Hairstyles will be colored naturally and well\-kept. Personal hygiene will be well maintained. Perfume and cologne will be kept to a minimum. Food service approved jewelry only, wedding band, stud earrings in ears only, necklaces must be tucked under shirt, no bracelets. Visibl
