Maintenance/Make Ready Technician

**Maintenance Technician/Make Ready Technician** Vatterott Properties has been managing properties for over 60 years. We currently manage 16 residential communities consisting of 540\+ units (apartments, town homes, single family homes \& condominiums), as well as multiple commercial office and retail centers in St. Louis City, St. Louis County \& St. Charles County. We are seeking technicians to troubleshoot and repair a wide variety of electrical, plumbing \& make ready tasks with quality workmanship and efficiency.
