Project Finish & Closeout Technician

**Job Overview** We are a growing contracting company looking for a skilled and self\-motivated Multi\-Trade Tradesman to join our team. The ideal candidate is experienced across multiple trades and takes pride in delivering quality finish work. You will work directly with the owner to close out projects, complete punch lists, and handle touch\-up work. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a variety of work environments and enjoys the satisfaction of taking a project across the finish line. **Duties \& Responsibilities** * Assist with project closeout and punch list completion * Perform touch\-up and finish work across various project types * Complete minor carpentry, drywall repair, and painting tasks * Handle basic plumbing and electrical repairs as needed * Install trim, doors, hardware, and fixtures * Identify and communicate any issues or deficiencies on job sites * Maintain a clean and professional job site at all times * Coordinate directly with the owner on daily tasks and priorities **Requirements** * 3\+ years of experience in construction or a related trade * Working knowledge of multiple trades (carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical) * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Strong attention to detail and quality of work * Reliable transportation and basic tools * Good communication skills * OSHA 10 certification a plus but not required Pay: $20\.00 \- $25\.00 per hour Work Location: In person
