Job description

**Overview** Onyx Plumbing is seeking to start an HVAC team, and we are looking for a motivated master HVAC technician who possesses solid HVAC knowledge for both residential and commercial applications. At Onyx Plumbing, you will be a company partner, creating and leading the HVAC team under your management and supervision. We offer you 50% of the entire HVAC company profit, while we will take on all the financial/initial investment for the start\-up cost and process. All you need is to lead the team and succeed in every possible way. **Responsibilities** * Lead the installation and commissioning of HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and building automation systems. * Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency. * Troubleshoot electrical diagnostics and mechanical issues using schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools. * Repair and service HVAC/R systems, including plumbing and electrical components, with precision and attention to safety standards. * Conduct equipment troubleshooting to identify faults quickly and implement effective solutions for HVAC system repair or replacement. * Collaborate with clients to assess their needs, provide expert advice on system upgrades or modifications, and deliver exceptional customer service throughout every interaction. * Maintain detailed records of service activities, repairs performed, parts used, and system performance data for ongoing maintenance planning. **Requirements** * Proven construction experience with a solid understanding of mechanical systems repair and HVAC system installation. * Service technician experience in HVAC or related fields such as plumbing or appliance repair. * Strong knowledge of schematics, refrigeration principles, electrical diagnostics, building automation systems, and HVAC design fundamentals. * Hands\-on experience with hand tools, welding equipment, ohmmeters,
