You’ll gain hands\-on experience working on heavy\-duty trucks while learning directly from experienced technicians. This role is designed to grow into a Diesel Technician position within 1–2 years. **What You’ll Do** **Maintenance \& Repairs** * Perform routine maintenance (lubrication, filters, belts, hoses) * Assist with engine, brake, and drivetrain repairs * Support basic electrical work (batteries, lights, starters, alternators) **Inspection \& Support** * Inspect vehicles and report findings to senior technicians * Assist with diagnostics and troubleshooting **Shop Responsibilities** * Follow shop procedures and safety standards * Maintain a clean and organized work area * Accurately document work performed **What You Bring** * 0–2 years of mechanical experience or trade/technical school training * High school diploma or GED * Basic tool set (minimum requirements apply) * Strong work ethic and willingness to learn * Ability to work in
