Commercial Cleaning Technician (1099 Independent Contractor) Top Notch Cleaning Team is seeking dependable and detail\-oriented Commercial Cleaning Technicians to service restaurants, banks, fitness centers, dealerships, medical offices, and other commercial facilities throughout Eastern North Carolina. Currently looking for 10\-15 experienced Cleaning Technicians to turn over a large number of student housing dorm rooms **Shifts are Monday \- Saturday; 8am\-6pm with 1 hour lunch break** **Starting pay min. is $100/day. Potential to make up to $400/daily depending on how many dorms you clean a day.** Responsibilities: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors Clean and sanitize restrooms Empty trash and replace liners Dust surfaces and clean windows/glass Follow client\-specific cleaning checklists Secure facilities upon completion when required Maintain professional communication with supervisors and clients Requirements: Reliable transportation Ability to work independently Strong attention to detail Dependable attendance Ability to pass a background check preferred Prior cleaning experience is a plus but not required Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience 2x month pay 1099 Independent Contractor position If you are reliable, motivated, and looking for flexible cleaning opportunities with room to grow, we encourage you to apply today.
