If you love having a positive impact on kids and families and working with a solid team \- this is the right opportunity for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** Duties include, but are not limited to: * Patient check in: confirming reason for patient visit, accurately taking and records vitals, reviewing medications * Chart preparation prior to appointment * Answering and/or returning patient phone calls, emails and messages * Maintains a clean, functional environment including cleaning and disinfection of equipment, exam rooms, and storage areas. Disinfecting equipment per recommended guidelines. * Prepares treatment rooms for examination of patients. Cleans rooms after procedures and restocks supplies. * Perform Prior Authorizations and appeals (Medications). * Perform patient follow\-up as directed by the physician. * Flexible, Detail Oriented, Customer focus, Team working, Initiative, Problem solving, Organized, Self\-motivated **Qualifications and Skills** Background in Neurology, Pediatrics, and/or Sleep Medicine is a plus. Prefer previous experience using eclinicalworks. Required experience: average job tenure of at least 2 years at the same office. Medical Assistant Certification.
