We are seeking dedicated Home Health Aides to join our supportive and rewarding home care team. In this role, you will make a meaningful impact by enhancing our clients' quality of life and providing peace of mind to their families. Local residents (San Francisco or immediate areas) are highly encouraged to apply. **Compensation:** $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and qualifications. All compensation is in accordance with San Francisco minimum wage requirements and California labor laws. Overtime, meal and rest breaks, and all applicable local and state wage protections are provided. **Key Responsibilities:** ● Provide personalized, one\-on\-one care to clients in accordance with their established care plans ● Prepare and serve meals based on individual dietary needs and service guidelines ● Assist clients with daily personal care, including bathing, hygiene, and grooming ● Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning and organizing living spaces ● Support clients with toileting needs, including incontinence care ● Collaborate closely with Case Managers to ensure all medical and personal care needs are met ● Schedule and coordinate appointments as outlined in the care plan ● Assist with basic medical care tasks such as bandage changes, repositi
