Senior Designer – Land Development (Residential & Commercial)

We're looking for an on\-site Senior Designer (5\+ years of experience), based in the Minneapolis, MN area, with an education from an Accreditation Board for Engineering \& Technology (ABET)\- accredited program who enjoys solving complex design challenges, mentoring emerging professionals, and leading projects that leave a lasting impact on the communities we serve. **What You'll Do** As a Senior Designer, you’ll play a key role throughout the entire land development process—from early site planning through construction.
