The Wags Club is looking for an experienced **Doggie Daycare Operations Manager** to join the management team at our luxury dog daycare and boarding resort. Working closely with our General Manager, you'll take the lead on many of the day\-to\-day operational aspects of the resort. Your focus will be making sure our team has the leadership, training, systems, and support they need to provide exceptional care to our dogs and outstanding service to our clients. This is not a desk job, and it's not a General Manager position. It's a hands\-on management role for an experienced pet\-care leader who wants significant responsibility for daily operations while working as part of an established management team.
