**Posting Date** 07/20/2026 423 S Wakara WaySte 200, Salt Lake City, Utah, 84108\-3534, United States of America**Patient Care Technician \- Outpatient Dialysis** ================================================== **Salt Lake City, UT** ====================== **Training Schedule:** **PCT will complete paid training over the first 3 months at Kolff Dialysis working approximately 36 hours/week.** **Schedule Overview:** **Post\-training we are looking to hire a PCT to work 3 days/week for a total of 30\-32 hours. Shifts are generally 10\-11 hours long.** **More hours are available if willing to float to other nearby clinics.** **Scheduled days rotate between Monday\-Saturday.** **Incoming PCT will work a mix of opening and closing shifts, which can begin as early as 5am if opening, and end as late as 4:30pm if closing.** **Support Staff:** **You will work alongside 1\-2 nurses and 2 other PCTs on the floor.** DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end\-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. As a PCT, you’ll provide direct, hands\-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life\-sustaining dialysis treatment. Key Responsibilities * Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care * Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment * Set up and maintain dialysis equipment * Record vital signs and patient data * Educate patients on treatment and kidney health * Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members Requirements * Accredited High School diploma, general education development (“GED”) credential, or equivalent * Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment * Physically able to work long shifts on your feet * Willing to float between local clinics if needed * Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays * Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience What We Offer *
