**Job Overview** We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Dental Practice Manager to lead the daily operations of a busy dental clinic which we are opening. This energetic professional will oversee administrative functions, staff management, financial oversight, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for healthcare management, exceptional leadership skills, and a comprehensive understanding of dental office procedures. Your role will be pivotal in creating a welcoming environment for patients while maintaining efficient practice operations that promote growth and excellence. **Duties** * Manage all aspects of clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff coordination to ensure smooth daily activities. * Oversee fiscal management tasks such as budgeting, financial reporting, billing processes, and expense control to maximize practice profitability. * Supervise healthcare staff including dental assistants, administrative support personnel, and hygienists, fostering a collaborative team environment. * Ensure compliance with health regulation policies such as HIPAA, JCAHO standards, and OSHA requirements to uphold the highest standards of patient safety and confidentiality. * Utilize electronic health records (EHR) systems like Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or eClinicalWorks for accurate medical records management and patient data security. * Coordinate medical administrative support functions including patient management software, medical billing, and medical records organization. * Implement practice management strategies that enhance patient experience, optimize workflow efficiency, and support clinic growth initiatives. **Skills** * Proven experience in dental office management or healthcare practice management with strong supervisory capabilities. * Extensive knowledge of fiscal management including budgeting, financial analysis, and managed care processes. * Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems
