**Job Overview** We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high\-quality dental care to our patients while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment. The Dental Hygienist will work closely with the dentist and other team members to deliver exceptional patient care, focusing on preventive dental hygiene practices. **We are looking for a bilingual hygienist.** **Responsibilities** * Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth. * Conduct patient assessments and review medical histories to identify any potential issues. * Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of maintaining good dental health. * Assist in the documentation of patient treatments and maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. * Collaborate with the dental team to develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. * Utilize four\-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures. * Stay updated on dental terminology, anatomy knowledge, and advancements in pediatric and general dentistry. * Ensure a clean and organized work environment within the dental clinic. **Experience** * Previous experience as a Dental Hygienist is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply. * Familiarity with Open Dental Software or similar dental software is a plus. * Knowledge of dental assisting practices is beneficial. * Strong understanding of dental terminology and anatomy is essential. * Experience in pediatric dentistry is an advantage but not required.
