**Overview**

**Duties**
* Conduct regular patrols of the facility to monitor for suspicious activity, safety hazards, or security breaches.
* Control access to the premises using security protocols and access control systems, verifying identities of visitors and staff.
* Monitor surveillance equipment such as CCTV cameras to oversee property security and detect unusual activity.
* Write detailed incident reports for any security\-related occurrences, ensuring accurate documentation for future reference.
* Respond promptly to emergency situations by following established procedures, including performing first aid or CPR if necessary.
* Assist with loss prevention efforts by observing and deterring theft or vandalism.
* Perform background checks on visitors or contractors as part of security screening processes.
**Experience**
* Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable.
* Knowledge of surveillance systems, CCTV operation, and access control technology.
* Certification in first aid, CPR, AED operation, and emergency response procedures is preferred.
* Familiarity with conflict de\-escalation techniques and conflict management strategies.
* Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting when required for equipment or incident response.
* Understanding of security regulations, compliance standards, and loss prevention practices.
* Strong communication skills to effectively document incidents and interact professionally
