You will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).**Pay Rate: $15 per hour** **Essential duties and responsibilities:** * Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and recommending products. * Drive sales through effective demonstrations, upselling, and cross\-selling. * Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. * Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store. * Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and promotions. * Handle inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently. * Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals and create a positive work environment. * Assist with product selection, provide information, and showcase products. * Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately. * Maintain flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. * Enforce company policies and perform other assigned duties. * Perform other duties as assigned **Pre\-Requisites :** --------------------- **Qualifications:** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
