Your energy, enthusiasm, and commitment to excellence will help create a positive environment for patients and their families while ensuring safety and comfort at all times. **Responsibilities** * Deliver personalized patient care by assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility. * Monitor and record vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature accurately using electronic health record (EHR) systems. * Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with all medical documentation standards. * Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient transfers, medication administration, and care plans. * Use specialized equipment such as Hoyer lifts for safe patient transfers and manual handling practices to prevent injury. * **Requirements** * Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) from an accredited program. * Experience working with diverse patient populations including geriatrics, pediatrics, individuals with developmental disabilities, or those requiring memory or dementia care. * **CNA \- Current CNA / GNA License**: Must be up\-to\-date. * **CNA \- Great Attendance**: Reliability is key.
