The Beverage Operations role is responsible for replenishment of kegs and soda bibs while maintaining the cleanliness standards and rotation of product for applicable centralize beverage locations. This role will also assist setting up each centralized beverage location with correct amount of stock quantity given by management. What will you do? <ul> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Assist in the proper set-up and preparation of each central beverage location with applicable supplies</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned locations in compliance with Southern Nevada Health Code and Sphere Food + Beverage Division expectations</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Assist with proper inventory and stocking of each location; fill orders</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Perform opening and closing responsibilities per location as presented by manager</li> </ul> What do you need to succeed? <ul> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Must have Southern Nevada Health Food Handler’s certificate and understand food handling guidelines according to the Southern Nevada Health Code requirements.</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Must take and pass TAM (Techniques of Alcohol Management) Nevada training class; adhere to TEAM Training Guidelines.</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Excellent hospitality, interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work professionally as a team player in a fast paced, service environment.</li> </ul> Special Requirements <ul> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">General physical requirements such as lifting, pushing, pulling up to 100 lbs., standing for long periods, walking long distances, bending and constant motion is often required. </li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">May be exposed to theatrical smoke, strobe lights, pyrotechnics, intense sound, rapid motion video effects, smoke, and odors</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, have split days off, work weekends and holidays in a 24 X 7 environment. </li> <ul> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">TAM Card</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Food Handler Safety Training Card</li> </ul> </ul> #LI-Onsite  <div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Hourly Pay Range</div><div class="pay-range">$21.60—$21.60 USD</div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"> At MSG, we recognize the importance of upskilling employees’ talents and strengths so they can drive their careers forward.
