Live-in Caregiver Needed

**Full\-Time Live\-In Caregiver – Private Room Included** Infinite Heart Support Care Services is seeking a dependable, compassionate, and energetic live\-in caregiver to support an adult with developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will provide consistent assistance, encourage independence, and help maintain a safe, respectful, and positive home environment. **Compensation and Living Arrangement** * $3,000 per month * Private bedroom included * Rent included * All utilities included except the caregiver is responsible for one\-half of the electricity bill * Overnight sleep hours are not included in the caregiver’s paid working hours * Weekly time off begins Saturday at 5:00 p.m., with the caregiver returning Sunday at 5:00 p.m. * Staff are responsible for purchasing their own personal hygiene and toiletry items **Responsibilities** * Support the consumer’s daily routines and personal goals * Provide supervision and assistance in the home and community * Assist with personal care, hygiene, grooming, dressing, and other daily needs * Prepare meals and follow established dietary guidelines * Transport the consumer to medical appointments, day programs, and community activities * Administer prescribed medications after completing the required Medication Administration training and validation * Assist with household routines, laundry, organization, and maintaining a safe living environment * Follow established support plans and behavior\-support strategies * Use positive reinforcement, redirection, and appropriate de\-escalation techniques * Maintain accurate documentation and submit required service notes on time * Communicate effectively with the consumer, family, agency, and other members of the support team * Promote independence, dignity, choice, and community involvement * Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality * Promote a positive and cooperative living environment Minimum Requirements * Must be at least 21 years old * High school dip
