We work hard, support one another, and celebrate our successes together. **What You'll Do** * Assist the doctors during a wide range of restorative and comprehensive dental procedures * Prepare treatment rooms and instruments * Take high\-quality digital radiographs * Educate and support patients throughout their visits * Maintain accurate clinical records in Eaglesoft * Ensure excellent infection control and sterilization protocols * Help create an exceptional patient experience from start to finish * Contribute to a positive, team\-oriented office culture **We're Looking For Someone Who** * Has dental assisting experience (EFDA certification is a plus but not required) or has completed a dental assisting program * Is dependable, organized, and proactive * Enjoys connecting with patients and helping them feel comfortable * Anticipates the doctor's needs and works efficiently * Thrives in a collaborative team environment * Is eager to learn new technology and continuously grow professionally * Takes pride in providing excellent patient care **What We Offer** * Competitive compensation based on experience * Paid time off * 401k * Continuing e
