This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with animals while contributing to their happiness and well\-being. **Duties** * Supervise and monitor dogs during playtime, ensuring safe interactions and proper behavior management * Assist with dog training activities to promote good manners and socialization skills * Handle animals gently and confidently, using restraint techniques when necessary to ensure safety for pets and staff * Clean kennels, cages, and common areas thoroughly to maintain a sanitized environment in accordance with pet care facility standards * Perform pet grooming tasks such as brushing, bathing, and nail trimming to keep animals comfortable and healthy * Support pet boarding operations by feeding, watering, and providing basic care for animals in our facility **Requirements** * Prior daycare experience required * must be able to work weekends and holidays * **Knowledge of animal restraint techniques and pet grooming practices is a plus** * **Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling supplies or assisting with outdoor work tasks** * Strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with pet owners and team members * Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions during outdoor activities or cleaning routines * Excellent animal care skills combined with a passion for providing compassionate service to pets and their familiesThis role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to make a positive impact in the lives of pets wh
