Delivery Driver Helper

Driver Helper / Furniture \& Appliance Installer Pay: $18–$24 per hour (based on experience)Job Type: Full\-Time About the Position We’re looking for a dependable Driver Helper with experience delivering and assembling furniture and appliances. The ideal candidate is customer\-focused, physically fit, and takes pride in providing excellent service while representing our company professionally. Responsibilities * Assist the driver with daily delivery routes. * Load, unload, and safely transport furniture and appliances. * Assemble furniture and install appliances according to manufacturer guidelines. * Protect customers’ homes during deliveries and installations. * Lift and move heavy items (50\+100 lbs. with assistance). * Provide outstanding customer service on every delivery. * Maintain a clean, organized work environment and delivery vehicle. * Follow all company safety procedures. Qualifications * Previous experience assembling furniture or installing appliances required. * Ability to safely lift and move heavy merchandise. * Strong attention to detail and problem\-solving skills. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Reliable transportation and punctual attendance. * Ability to work weekends and overtime when needed. Preferred Qualifications * Valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). * Experience operating a box truck is a plus. * Basic hand and power tool knowledge.
