Responsibilities: \- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner \- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently \- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner \- Build cocktails according to provided specs \- Work alongside bar lead to ensure all prep is done in a timely manner \- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service \- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area \- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure accurate and prompt delivery of orders \- Handle transactions, operate POS devices, and process payments \- Maintain knowledge of menu items, allergies, details, specials, and promotions \- Adhere to all health and safety regulations Experience: \- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required \- Strong communication and interpersonal skills \- Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment \- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude \- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
