Customer Service Associate (Full Time)

Every day is different—from shipping packages and helping small businesses with printing to assisting mailbox customers and providing professional notary services. If you enjoy learning new skills and delivering outstanding customer service, we'd love to meet you. **What You'll Do** * Deliver exceptional customer service to every customer. * Process domestic and international shipments using UPS, USPS, DHL, and other carrier systems. * Perform California notarial acts accurately and professionally (if commissioned). * Help customers with printing, copying, scanning, laminating, binding, and other document services. * Recommend shipping, mailbox, printing, and packaging solutions based on customer needs. * Pack fragile and valuable items using professional packaging techniques. * Manage mailbox customers, Amazon returns, and package pickups. * Operate POS systems and accurately process payments. * Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked. * Open and/or close the store and complete daily cash reconciliation when scheduled. Qualifications * California Notary Public commission preferred (or willing to become commissioned). * Retail, banking, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred. * Comfortable using computers and learning new software. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to multitask in a fast\-paced retail environment. * Able to lift up to 50 pounds. * Weekend availability preferred. * Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
