As the **Deli Specialist**, you will provide deli department excellence, ensuring product freshness, merchandising accuracy, and compliance with food safety standards. You will support deli inventory accuracy, ensure rotation standards, and presentation, while supporting guest engagement and department readiness for promotions and seasonal events. What You'll Do:: * Ensure all deli products meet freshness and quality standards, including proper rotation and dating. * Execute planograms and maintain accurate product placement and signage. * Coordinate with department leadership on ordering and replenishment of deli items. * Verify deliveries for accuracy and freshness, ensuring proper receiving and storage procedures. * Play a key role in compliance during key item transitions
