Weekend Front Desk Administrator – Yoga Studio (Wynwood)

We are looking for a reliable, outgoing, and proactive Weekend Front Desk Administrator to join our team. **Schedule** * Friday, Saturday \& Sunday * Approximately 6\+ hours per shift **Responsibilities** * Welcome and check in clients * Prepare the studio and equipment before each class * Keep the studio clean and organized throughout the day * Vacuum between classes and maintain a spotless studio * Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries * Follow up with leads and make outbound calls * Sell memberships, classes, private events, and retail products * Build relationships with clients and create a welcoming atmosphere * Communicate with instructors and professionally resolve scheduling issues * Take beautiful photos and videos during classes for social media * Support weekend events and general studio operations **Requirements** * Fluent in English and Spanish * Reliable transportation * Live near Wynwood * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Comfortable talking to people and answering phone calls * Organized, proactive, and dependable * Pays attention to detail and takes pride in keeping the studio clean * Hospitality, fitness, wellness, or front desk experience is a plus * Yoga, Pilates, dance, or fitness instructors are encouraged to apply **What We Offer** * $17/hour (approximately $1,000/month) * Flexible weekend schedule * Free studio classes * Discounts for friends and family * Opportunity to teach your own classes if qualified * Friendly, supportive team * Beautiful work environment in the heart of Wynwood **To Apply** Please text us at **(786\) 292\-1383** with: * Your name * Your age * A short summary of your experience * The area where you live * Your availability * Your resume (if available) We look forward to hearing from you!
