We are seeking a friendly, organized, and tech\-savvy individual to join our team as a **Salon Receptionist**. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, an eye for beauty trends, and the ability to create engaging content on **Instagram** and **TikTok**. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and play a vital role in promoting our salon’s services and products online. **Key Responsibilities** * **Front Desk Management:** Greet clients with a warm, welcoming attitude; handle check\-ins, check\-outs, and appointment scheduling. * **Customer Service:** Provide exceptional service, anticipate client needs, and ensure a positive salon experience from start to finish. * **Product Knowledge \& Upselling:** Stay informed about our hair and beauty products to effectively recommend and upsell to clients. * **Social Media Coordination:** Capture photo/video content of transformations and services, then post on Instagram and TikTok.
