<p data-start="362" data-end="852"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">As a Land Representative II at RES, you will lead and execute land acquisition and property evaluation activities that support ecological restoration, water quality, and conservation projects. You’ll independently manage landowner relationships, conduct deeper feasibility and valuation work, negotiate more complex transactions, and drive contracts and due diligence activities through closing—partnering closely with internal teams across Project Management, Legal, Operations, and Sales.</span></p>

<p data-start="1636" data-end="1948"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">You’ll start the day by researching property records and reviewing parcel mapping, site constraints, and ownership details to assess acquisition viability. You may prepare for a landowner call by outlining deal structure options, reviewing market indicators, or aligning internally on feasibility considerations.</span></p>
<p data-start="1950" data-end="2330"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">As your week progresses, you’ll negotiate terms directly with landowners and external stakeholders, draft and complete appropriate contract forms, and proactively resolve common contracting roadblocks to keep deals moving. You’ll also support due diligence and closing efforts—identifying title defects, coordinating steps to cure them, and negotiating access needs when required.</span></p>
<p data-start="2332" data-end="2577"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Across active opportunities, you’ll keep clear documentation in internal systems, communicate risks and recommendations to internal partners, and help ensure land strategies align with the project’s restoration approach and long-term objectives.</span></p>

<li data-start="2862" data-end="2956"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency with <strong data-start="2904" data-end="2941">Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint</strong>, and <strong data-start="2947" data-end="2956">Adobe</strong></span></li>
<li data-start="2959" data-end="3048"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Strong internet research skills and comfort navigating <strong data-start="3014" data-end="3048">online county property records</strong></span></li>
