**Farmers Market Associate at Daniel’s Bagels** Location: West Los Angeles \- Brentwood, Mar Vista, Playa Vista Daniel's Bagels is a neighborhood bagel shop in the Palms area of Los Angeles with weekly Farmers’ Market outposts around West LA. Our customers come from near and far for our delicious, high\-quality bagels and house\-made spreads. We pride ourselves on our friendly, neighborly atmosphere and commitment to making sure every customer looks forward to their next bagel. We are searching for a friendly face to represent our brand and conduct sales at Farmers’ Markets in Brentwood, Mar Vista, \& Playa Vista. **If you're consistently available each weekend and looking to supplement your income, this could be a perfect fit for you!** **The ideal candidate:** * Is available to work every weekend * Is highly reliable and an excellent communicator (both with customers \& management) * Has a personal vehicle for reliable transportation to and from Farmers' Markets. All product \& materials will be delivered to the Market for you, you'll just need to show up **Duties include (but not limited to):** * Set up and maintain an aesthetically pleasing sales display, per company instructions * Provide excellent, friendly, knowledgeable, quality customer service at markets * Utilize a Square POS system to ring up orders and handle cash * Communicate relevant information to management within a reasonable time * Represent the company in paying market fees when necessary * Close down market display, store all items as per guidelines * Handoff supplies to our transportation partner who will bring everything back to our store. **Requirements:** * Uphold proper food safety standards * Become familiar with our products, be an exemplary representative of our brand * Be able to handle a high\-volume sales environment * Stand for up to 6 hours, lift up to 50lbs from the ground to waist height * Work outdoors with unregulated temperatures and other weather conditions * Demons
