Bartender

**Job Summary** We are seeking a skilled and passionate Bartender/ Barista to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality and bartending and the coffee business. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests while efficiently managing drink orders. **Duties** * Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic, non\-alcoholic and coffee beverages to customers in a timely manner. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and ensuring compliance with food safety and handling standards. * Operate and maintain espresso machine * Interact with guests to provide exceptional service, taking drink orders and offering recommendations based on preferences. * Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for order processing and payment transactions. * Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in restocking as necessary. * Adhere to all local laws regarding alcohol service, including checking identification for age verification. * Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and courtesy. **Qualifications** * Previous experience in bartending and knowledge of wine is preferred * Familiarity with retail math to manage cash handling effectively. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs.
