Clothing Processing Outfitter (Full Time)

**POSITION SUMMARY:** The Apparel Processing Outfitter is responsible for the overall processing of all apparel merchandise shipments from receipt of goods to stocking on Sales Floor Receiving. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:** * Effectively processes all apparel merchandise at time of receipt, adhering to all Visual Merchandising MPS Standards, and utilizing the inventory management system. 50% * Systematically replenishes merchandise to the sales floor as required per the Visual Merchandising Standards utilizing the inventory management system. 10% * Remains knowledgeable of advertised sales to promote effective backroom organization and replenishment. 10% * Unloads trucks as needed. 10% * Assists with pricing maintenance and signage of merchandise. 5% * Keeps work area clean, neat, organized and well stocked with supplies. 5% * Ensure backstock merchandise remains organized and accessible. 5% * Demonstrates exceptional customer service and ensures a pleasant shopping experience for all guests. 5% * ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED **EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:** * Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent * Preferred Degree: High School Diploma or Equivalent * Certificate(s) or License(s): N/A * Years of experience: 0 **KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:** * Ability to use company computer systems and devices such as System Two, RF/Gizmo devices Point of Sale register system. * Ability to process and organize information to include plan\-o\-grams, visual guides merchandising standards. * Ability to review replenishment reporting to organize merchandise to fill the sales floor. * Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other outfitters. * Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, co\-workers and customers. **TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:** N/A **PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:** Regularly walks, stands, and does computer work. Occasionally lifts up to 50 lbs.
